Reclaim Your Joy: A Spring Renewal Day Retreat for Women
Saturday, May 3
Easton, KS
Rest, Restore & Rejuvenate
Nature has incredible power and wisdom — a power that can both guide and heal us. During this Spring season, Nature teaches us that even in seemingly bleak times, new life is forming — and that we hold within us the capacity to bring fresh energy, joy, and happiness to our lives and the world in which we live.
As we face heightened challenge, stress, fear and anxiety in the world, join me and allow Nature to restore you — body, mind and spirit.

Celebrating Relationship: A Mother-Daughter Women’s Retreat
SUMMER or FALL 2025
Dates TBD
Join me for this special weekend as we celebrate the unique bonds between mothers and daughters. Breathe, Laugh, Love! That’s what we’ll be doing together: breathing together through yoga, laughing as we share stories and engage in special mother/daughter activities (including some fun games!), and loving as we deepen our bonds and understanding of each other through contemplative activities and just spending time together in beautiful sacred space.
This retreat is designed for adults, although mature teens are welcome, too. And yes, step daughter/step-mother, grandmother/granddaughter, godmother/goddaughter, and other unique ‘mothering/daughtering’ pairings are welcome!
